I'm in my third year... its about time i learnt that things dont necessarily go the way they should go. I've so mnay projects this term and well, the group that i thought would be most efficient and most successful turned out to be the most worrisome group, and the group i thought would be so stressful about turned out to be a group i can get along with.

Or maybe its just the fact that when we are all third years... we get a little more relaxed because we know what ticks and we get a little more arrogant about out work because we've been doing it all along.

How ironic that when we apply the same scenarios to the working life, its exactly this form of sloppiness and this form of disregard that gets people fired.

I worry for my grades this term and projects have once again made me question the meaning of studying hard. If most of the weightage on your grade is dependent on other people, how far do u have to go to trust them and if so, what happens to the importance of your own efforts then?

If a few strands of string make a rope... what happens if all strings are faulty and its strength is less compared to one...
