Simple pleasures

I think one of life's simplest pleasure is having someone to talk to just before you go and sleep. Chatting on random topics, more importantly sharing your point of view and learning theirs. Hearing about someone's day and just smiling ridiculously over the phone. Makes sleeping at night a little sweeter I feel.

Other simple pleasures include ordering food at a restuarant and being surprised at the quality and taste of it.

Or soaking in a bath tub

Or have someone praise you for a good meal cooked

Or feeling the long grass at a meadow or among the path as you walk along

Or silently gazing out at the window just appreciating the sunlight and the trees and the birds flying by.

Or jumping at a song being played because you grew up with it....
