Workshop outcome- what to stop, start and continue

1. Self control required - objective/ high level thinking. Also focus on long term benefits instead of short term wins

2. Greater ownership of desired outcomes- actual workpln and acrul tracking of actions taken and health check. This also includes planning ahead.

3. Focus and clarity- prioritizing current tasks and being exhaustive in it. Sticking to timelines and milestones.

4. Self motivation - need to realise what means most to you and assessing tasks that will meet those objectives and no task becomes demeaning or worthless or irrelevant.

5. Greater "love" - more patience to others not aligned or committed and instead of finding ways to work against but work with.

6. Removig inertia or stumbling blocks- clear the path that is blocking your way and start focusing on attaining quick wins. Take one step forward all the time. A journey of a thousand miles begin with a simple step.

7. Start living for yourself and not revolving around others- don't wait for things to happen and don't blow things off. Step up for yourself.

8. Be confident - do what you want, when you want where you want and how you want it. Move forward and not circle around.

9. Live life right- always remember your values and what is right. Stop digging your own grave.

10. Be real- improve not change entirely.
