I guess when u think you are having a bad day, when friends dont turn up for meetings they previously agreed to go, when people make plans for you and you are forced to abide by them, when the driver in front reverse and hits your car when you are pressured for time, when the closest person beside you just cant understand your anxiety or do anything to help ease it...
Then just when you think you've had it all, you hear about someone else's bad day and things dont seem so bad... i mean, not comparably, we all have bad day... but its just the understanding and realization that people have bad days. period. And sulking about it, crying silently in the car about it wont do anything but make people around you feel more helpless hurt and just sending off a whole lot of uneasy vibe...
Then again, its silly to keep it all inside and not send out any vibes at all... people need to show emotions dammit. Just keep it low and enough to let people know how you feel but not too much that you ust end up crying nonstop (yes, thats me a crybaby)
Well... i suppose the best thing or remedy you can have is just to have the courage and patience to pour out your troubles to a willing listening ear and then understand that you have to.. at some point in time, let these negative feelings go...
